This is going to be a few paragraphs on what happened the day of my brother Jonathan's birthday party. First, the day started out normally, me getting up, doing my chores, and watching t.v. with breakfast. Ah, I forgot something. My friend Jason woke up while I was doing my chores. Yes, my friends had stayed the night! After some playing, filling eggs, and getting stuff to the truck, we went to the park. As we played, suddenly, I hear Jonathan crying! I'm like, oh, crud, if this happens before the birthday, just think what will happen during the party! When I go to see him, he's got a bloody nose, and is covered in tanbark, getting the shirt he just got today dirty!
Later on, once he's cleaned up, we move on to the pinata. Once it's whacked open, before I get a turn, everyone crowds in, making me not get much. So, since I'm ticked off, I go and give my stuff to Jon. Then I head outside to the Jump house by myself. Suddenly, some of my friends come in and ask me whats wrong, and I start yelling at them, saying, "None of your beeswax!"
Then, we go onto the Easter egg hunt. I start off not finding many eggs, and then people start stealing eggs I should have gotten. I once again get ticked off and give my eggs to Ian. Then I go inside and sit in a corner. Then when I'm allowed out of the corner, I grab a book and sit in a chair. Suddenly, Jason comes along and gives be some of his eggs. I refuse and, when he asks whats wrong, I scream, none of your beeswax! So I sit there, reading my book, and there are ants all over me. So I get up and brush the ants off me.
After that, since there's cake, I decide to have some. After cake, everyone goes home. When we get home, mom orders pizza, and we play some games. Once pizza arrives, we eat it while watching Doctor Who. Then, when dad asks who wants to come with him to get Jason and Lance home, I decide to come along. Once we get there, they get out and leave, and I decide to get in the front. So we go home and I head straight to bed.
Thats what happened on the day of my brothers birthday. Remember, all comments, including how things about it could be better, are welcome.

Sounds like your brother had a fun birthday party...I'm sorry that there were some rough spots in there for you, but it sounds like it all went okay in the end. Pizza and Dr. Who sounds like an awesome combination! I am glad you went with your dad to bring Jason and Lance home. You are a really awesome person, and it takes a lot of strength of character to know what to do when you are upset...and it sounds like you knew exactly how to get away from it all when you needed to.
I'm sorry that it was such a rough day for you (and for Jonathan). I'm glad to say that I've seen a lot of improvement in how you deal with disappointment in the months since this was written. It's truly amazing to see you grow and mature. Here's hoping that your party has much more enjoyment for you in it.
