Christmas has come& gone

Well, today is the 26'th, so I guess I should tell you about Christmas day. So, we all woke up at 2 A.M., and none of us could go back to sleep. So we stayed up until 6:30 A.M., and woke our parents up. What jon found right when he opened up his stocking was his old DS back. We have no idea how Santa found it, but It's a miracle. That means I am thankfully out of a debt of over 200 dollars for a new DS Lite, green skin, and Mario Party DS. I got a Rubicks cube revolution Micro, Pokemon Ranger: shadows of Almia, Diner dash, Sizzle and Serve, Jak II, A CD by the Who, D-Gray man volume 2, and Rorouni kenshin Vizbig edition volume 4. After that, we went to our uncle Jacks house and played Cod 4, which we all sucked at. However, it had been fun thrying to kill the others with only pistols, knives, and grenades. After we did that, it was just knives, which sucked. However, while I was there, I got the Dragon lance Trilogy books.

Matt is annoying

Okay, so I had done my 30 minutes of reading and was playing a little Star wars Battlefront, and he wants me to get him some paper. He can get it himself for Pete's sake! And then he can't copy correctly, well, maybe you should learn how to, mister. He has been really ticking me off, and tomorrows Christmas eve. Why is he always annoying?

Sa-weet!

Man, this week has been awesome. I've gotten 2 presents for Hanukah. The first was The children of the lamp, book 4: the Day of the Djinn Warriors. The one I got tonight was a new sequel to the first Ender's game book, called Ender's Exile. I have not finished It, but I only just got it. It is pretty cool. I can't believe that Christmas is almost here.

Finally! the school year of 2008 is almost over! I can't believe I have lived this long! however, my work has been pretty simple. I really have liked it, and i can't wait until Christmas day to get Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia! It looks really cool. I am so phyced that this year is almost over.

A now usual thursday

Well, today is going as usual, with Nick watching T.V., and Mom and Jon working, and soon going to their swim class, which is for a half hour, and then Nick's class is immediately afterwards for a half hour. Then, nothing else will happen, with only 7 more days until Christmas Day. ARRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

CHOCOLATE!!!!!

Man, today was awesome! First we went to the zoo, as usual, then we went Ice skating, but this time, I did not fall at all. afterwards, we went to Mikes house, where we delivered food to him, but he didn't come back with us. Then we went to Teuschers, which is a swiss chocolate place, where I go a mint truffle, white chocolate gnome, a cinammon truffle, Holiday crunch truffle, and a chewy caramel, and we all got a free chocolate shooting star, which was good. I got those truffles for $11, and they are going to be good, for sure.

Why is dad going to be gone for so long?

Yes, now dad is in Utah, from Monday until Wednesday, and on Sunday, they were talking about how Dad might be having to go to Utah every other week for a whole week! Now that would really stink, as Dad would be gone 26 of the 52 weeks of the year, in which some important stuff might occur, to be found out at a later date. However, we also don't know when this is going to occur. However, I am going to enjoy my time with Dad while it lasts.

Why must days take so long!?

I really mean it, there are only 10 more days until Christmas, and each day feels like several, almost as if I transbutated into a bottle, but went in clock-wise, making it take longer. It is so annoying, as before, the days seemed short, and now they take forever!!!!

My LHS class on Tuesday

My class on Tuesday was really fun. It was about Light and Lasers. First our Teacher gave us devices that allowed us to see the spectrum of light bulbs. We also learned that lasers actually have a spectrum of just 1 color. We also used learned that the angle of a mirror when you shoot a laser at it, the laser will exit on the other side at the same angle. We also used lasers to make different shapes, like a star. Then, we used a laser and shine it through a twisted glass tube, where it entered the opposite side after bouncing around inside the tube. I thought that class was really cool.

Another awesome day.

To day was really cool. So far, we Have Mike over, Corned beef cooking, and Hancock currently on. Hancock is a Drunk superhero, who keeps being called names, and seems to like shoving peoples heads up other peoples butts, but only the bad guys. While at the zoo, we went ice skating, which was fun, except for I got hurt a couple times when I fell.

Awesome.

Today was just awesome. First there was the going to LHS, then we went back home, and it ended up that we watched Hancock, after finishing Horton Hears A who. Hancock is so Hilarious.

Christmas Tree

Yes, we got our Christmas tree. Yesterday, in fact. It is completely decorated, with a lot of ornaments on it, and my brothers for some reason have lights on the front side of their bed. Don't know why. But anyways, I can't wait the17 day's until Christmas.

Mike is here!

Yes, Mike is here. We have had so much fun today, and It has been a good day, even if I've been working for a while. I've been hearing shots and people die with Nick playing, which is kind of funny. He stinks, but he has gotten some kills, I think. Remember this is the kid who plays Guitar Hero on easy, and hits notes. He's not good, but it's funny to listen to him.

zoo= boring

Yes, the San Francisco zoo is boring if you've been there a lot. 1 thing that happened was I had to do schoolwork there, but Mike was there, and I got to listen to Matthew's MP3 player for a short period of time, which made it better. I did get to read a lot in World War Z, which is totally awesome! However, then we had to go Costco shopping, which was pretty boring. However, then we got to play Time Splitters 2, and me and Matthew beat story mode in Co-op on easy, so we didn't get much.

Tuesday, December 2, 2008

Ah, pizza is good.

That is so true, as today I am having pizza twice. I had pizza earler at bowling, and the other time is now as I am being babysat. It is a pretty cool place, even if I had to bring my work. However there is a girl who is talking about sending me boks when she needs to read them, but I wouldn't actually do it. She was obviously kidding, but I don't know.

Man, am I tired

I say this because I have just come back from being in San Diego foa a week, where I did hardly any exercise except for my eyes and thumbs while playing video games, my legs going up and down the stairs, and occasionaly the rest of my body while swimming. Man, I love to swim, but I didn't like being in the car for hours.

Game survey= yarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh

I know the title is weird, but you'll understand. I have a game survey tonight, which is awesome. But i can't tell any of you readers about it, which stinks. However, I hope to play for Square enix tonight, and hopefully play a World Ends With You sequel, or maybe a new Kingdom Hearts game.

Wednesday, November 19, 2008

Mike is over.

Yes, my Uncle Mike is over, but kind of as a babysitter, but he's actually pretty lax about stuff, like he is letting us play TimeSplitters 2 which we are only allowed to do if we play with an adult. It has actually been a good day. Mom is at the therapetic center while dad is in Salt Lake City, which is why Mike is here.

LHS trip

Well, as the title suggests, I am going to be going to the Lawerence Hall of Science. This will make the 3rd time in 2 weeks, so I know what it has. One of my favorite things there in the Nanozone is that they have computers, and you can check out 4 different scientests, and see the story of their life, as well as answer questions with another player, and on some of them, special fun games using the inventions of the scientist you are on. My favorite one is Save Ratty, who seems to have Diabetes or something, so we make nano capsule with holes, and hope that the sugar goes in, and insulin goes out, without the bodies natural defenses killing it. If you pick the wrong one, he says funy things. It's actually kind of fun to torture and make even more sick a virtual rat.

Next week= awesome, yet not.

Yes, next week will be awesome, as we will be going to San Diego, and going to disneyland as well. But, I will unfortunately be unable to see Ian during that period. But, that con is balanced with the disneyland trip, and that my Grandparents have a PS2 and swimming pool. I am sorry that my best friend can't come though.

This has been a week of evil

I'm serious, this week has been evil. I have been sick all week, and some times, my throat hurts so much I cannot swallow anything without it hurting. So far my throat has not hurt at all today, but I have a feeling it will come back some time later, but I am uncertain when.

Wednesday, November 12, 2008

I did it first, Ian

Ha Ha! I'm not laughing at you Ian, but I did do this first. Why don't you have an image, though? I'm thinking you could change it so now you would be Joshua (The original one, not the parallel freaky one{eye twitching just thinking about it}). Or maybe you could be Mr. Hanekoma. Seriously, wouldn't it be awesome to have a new name and pic?

Tuesday, November 11, 2008

Finally, a nature post!

I bet thats what you are all thinking, as I haven't done this before, but it's pretty easy when you have to work outside on the pillar ridge bluff. It didn't have to be there, but it sounded cool.

While I was walking on the path up to the bluff, I saw 1 squirrel, a hawk, 3 beetles, a few people, and 2 seagulls. When I got to a goodspot to just sit down quietly, I just sat there for a little while, and noticed the beauty of the sea. I could also smell it, not quite as bad as it sounds. I could hear the waves breaking over the shore. I saw a few seagulls, as well as an area in the sea where the waves broks, but I couldn't tell what they were breaking over.

I actually had fun doing this. Oh, and so you know, this was part of a science lesson I did last week, but I wasn't able to do it last week as I didn't have enough time.

Why must CNN follow our President-elect?

I'm serious, I was watching CNN news this morning, as dad had put it on, and they were talking all about how President-elect Barack Obama was taking his children to school, which any father would do, but they even had video. Why are they just intruding on his life? What are they going to do next, have a video of what he does everyday, what he has for breakfast? Isn't this intruding on his privacy? Why can't they leave him alone? I know he's going to be the first black president, and that is history in the making, but why do they have to intrude on his privacy? I know that it's only natural, and they most likely do this with celebrities, but why intrude on his privacy so much, because shouldn't the president-elect have more privacy, even though he is such an important person?

The sword in the stone.

The sword in the stone is a good albeit long read. It is much better than the disney movie, but it basically is the young life of a child most people call Wart, while his real name is Arthur. He is trained in much and fights monsters and travels places invivibly, and many other things with the magician, living backwards through time, Merlyn. It is the first in a seiries of 4 books.

Stupid Leia

This actually happened a while ago, but I just remembered it and thought you might find it funny. I was in my Mother's bathroom as Matt was in ours, and Leia was there. She tries to drink from the toilet, as I go to the toilet, accidentaly peeing on her as she's in my way, and then she falls into the toilet, or thats just what I remember. Anyways, I thought that was pretty funny.

Haiku

This is just a haiku I made for my work today about Lord of the Rings, that I think might be enjoyed.
Gandalf was well known
Throughout the Shire in fall
But sadly, he’s gone.
It's not that great, but it's my first time doing a haiku.

Prop 9825

Vote yes on prop.9825, as kids are bored out of their minds in school. An election joke simmilar to one by the young writer, just funnier.

Rurouni Kenshin

I title this blog post this because I have the first 3 Vizbig editions! They are 3 volumes in 1 big book, with occasional chapters being in color. I really like it, as it only costs $18 and normal volumes cost 8 bucks, so I get it for the price of 2 and 1/4% price of a single volume. Plus I was supposed to get them for my birthday, but I got them later as the people who had given it to me had been away. Bad news is I finished them in a single day.

Strange occurence.

I have already done 2 math lessons in a little under an hour, and I only have a discussion with mom, to answer some LOTR questions, my bright minds, and HWT today, and I'm done. My costume this year is a pirate, and I know an easy costume next year. Neku Sakuraba. It will be a piece of cake, as I just need some headphones, blue shirt, and a pair of white shorts. That would be pretty fun.

Shonen Jump Rocks!

Shonen Jump is an awesome magazine. I am subscribed, so I get an issue every month. It generally has more than 300 pages. It has 7 manga everymonth, though they sometimes have a chapter of a new manga. It costs $5 at the store, but you can get subscribed for the price of 6 issues, 50% of the cover price. And lets not forget the fact that you also get a free, awesome card every month. However, it is a little confusing, as The issue you buy in november on the first tuesday would be the December issue, ehich has the Arcana Force EX- The light ruler card this month. It's pretty cool. Not as good as the wicked dreadroot, but same attack power. So those are the reasons Shonen Jump rocks.

Emotional effect of Book 2 chapter 5 of Lord of the Rings.

I was just reading this chapter, and got to the part where the Balrog emerged, which was pretty cool. It made me kind of excited to see the Balrog, one of the greatest enemies of all of Middle-earth. I thought it was amazing what Gandalf did with the spell that broke his staff. But I did get sad as Gandalf was falling with the Balrog. That is bad. I mean, the promise he made to Frodo, he did his best, but now he's most likely dead. But knowing Gandalf, he is probably going to come back later on in the book alive and good as new.

Lizzie's a twit.

I am perfectly serious about this, I didn't hypnotize her. I was playing with my yo-yo near Lizzie. Went into mom's room, and just let it hang, and she was batting my yo-yo. I mean, can you believe that? A cat playing with a yo-yo. That was pretty funny. And today I am going to the Lawerence Hall of Science. They always have cool stuff there, including choose your own adventure books. I sure hope I can buy one.

Hectic week

This week is going to be incredibly hectic. Today and on Wednesday nothing out of the ordinary is going on. But on tuesday, thursday, and Friday, something out of the ordinary is going on. Tomorrow, we willbe going to the Lawerence Hall of Science. On Thursday it will be the Winchester Mystery house and then Gradma Lisa's house. And finally, on Friday, Halloween! Friday is going to be awesome. So much candy!

Why have I become mute?

Another joke, this time because of the fact that yesterday I did a Video game focus group, where I did stuff I am unable to talk about. I can't say a word about it, but I really want to. However, I can tell you about the claymation class I had done earlier. I had attempted to make Naruto with the Rasengan in his hands, while Matt made sonc, and Jonathan made a pumpkin warrior. We went to a tree setting, as Sonic punched the pumpkin warrior, knocking him over, who then jumped onto a rock when Naruto appeared. Then the Pumpkin warrior jumped down as Naruto unleashed the Rasengan, knocking both Sonic and the pumpkin warrior into the air, and while Sonic landed in a tree, the pumpkin warrion squashed Naruto, whom he then shot 3 times with his shotgun arm. It had been pretty funnny. We even got a disc, so we can put it on Youtube. I wonder how many hits it will get.

Percy, stop fighting monsters, it's time for school

Yet again, a joke, this time on a book seires. Percy is a seemingly normal boy with ADHD and dyslexia. He has been kicked out of every school he's gone too. His mother takes him to a beach, and a storm appears. They hed to a summer camp, and Percy kills the minotaur. Yes, it is real. However, it seemingly killed his mother, making her dissapear in a cloud of golden dust. The summer camp is called Half Blood Hill, and Percy is most definetley not full human. He is a half blood, the child of a god and a mortal. As he goes through his time there, Clarisse, a child of Ares, tries to dunk his head in the toilet. He feels a tug in his gut, and all the water fixtures start spilling water everywhere. However, he is completely dry.

To Be Continued. This is just from The lightning thief, but there are 5 boks, and I have and I've read the first 4. The 5th is going to be the best of them all. I can feel it.

I've been tagged.

I've never done this before, as I am not good at this, but I was tagged by my mom and now have to share 7 weird or random things about me.
1) I have an Uncle I am older than, by about a month.
2) I am addicted to manga. I even get a magazine that has manga.
3) Because of my manga obsession, I am addicted to anime as well.
4) I am also addicted to video games, though I only buy ones from a seiries I like, or that seems cool.
5) I managed to beat a part for getting a license in GranTurisomo 4 that Matt couldn't even though he once beat me in a race.
6) I have "adopted" a polar bear at the San Franciso Zoo, and got a little polar bear with a christmas hat as a gift. I named it Flippy.
7) Most of my Build A Bear Workshop things, I have named after Kingdom Hearts Characters. My Harley-Davidson Koala I named Namine, my Hockey bear Sora and my fishing dog Riku.
Yeah, pretty weird, but completely random. I'm sure if I tried I could get more. I'm supposed to tag other people, but I don't know how to. Oh well, I did come up with 7 random facts. Bye.

Why does Matthew get to play?

The reason I ask is because he tweaked his knee yesterday, and hasn't done much schoolwork, yet he is playing GT 4 supposedley for Nic, while he is getting his license. Lier. I'm close to done, but no, Matt is playing, that cheater. He's been a pain in the neck as well.

Monday, October 20, 2008

This week is the week.

The reason for saying that is because on Thursday, I have a claymation class and game survey! the game survey will be geting me $100, though I only get $50, as I am paying for half of my costume. The haunted house I was doing this weekend was awesome. i met my old freind Dylan (to be more precise, he has been at my Young Actros Workshop class, but I thought it was a different Dylan, but its my freind from Fallone View). I got to be in all the acting/control room spots. They shall be listed in order of being found. CR#1 is in the beggining, behind a fake painting, controlling the door, chairs and dropping sawblade in the next room. Acting #1 is a swordsmith, where you bang on a sword and tell the guests that to get through, they will need a proper sword. CR#2 is under a ship, upon which is a skeleton, 2 cannons(fake) and 2 hatches. You are underneath, controlling the ships wheel and skeleton by making a small pipe and plank of wood turn, with a microphone which is hooked up to the skelton. This ship has been cursed to sail in this storm for 1000 year, and fires the cannons at the people. CR#3, which is the last one, has a rocking chair moving, and a head, which is Davy Jones Jailer. A man had attempted to steal davy jones treasure, and therefore must have his head cut off. Then you stich your head in a box after cutting of the head, allowing your face to be projected onto a mask of sorts on the wall. Acting #2 is a swordsman pirate, who guards the treasure, and prevents people from getting through davy jones locker. The actor looses the fight and must walk the plank, jumping off and hitting a box with a button on top. Acting #3 is inside a chest, as a ghost, who guards the treasure. You talk about how the treasure is yours, and then tell them there is a cursed chandelier above their heads, which the tour guide drops via a rope behing a door. Acting #4 is handing out the treasure. And that is everything about the haunted house.

Biographical sketch on Christopher Paolini.

This was one of my work projects, and I just thought you might enjoy it.

Christopher Paolini as a child might be someone you would expect to write a series of fantasy books. He was born and raised in Livingston, Montana. He was home schooled his early life, and was comfortable with 1st grade work at age 3. He actually didn’t want to read at 3 or 4 years old. But his mother took hi to the library, and the books that first caught his eye were those of the fantasy genre. He read whatever seemed interesting to him, including classics, myths, thrillers, science fiction, and especially the fantasy genre, and writers who talked about heroes and elves, swordfighters and quests, and especially dragons.
Christopher Paolini is indeed a child wonder, whiting a book at age 15, which is close to the age of other teenage writers, who wrote their first book at age 14, 15, or 16. His head was teeming with ideas, and he was always daydreaming about dragons as a child. He graduated from high school in 1999 at the age of 15. That was when he started work on Eragon. He didn’t want to be published, but rather viewed writing a book long work as a personal challenge. He read books by Orson Scott Card and Robert McKee to find out how to write a plot line. With the plot line, he created his nine page summary, which he imbued with the famous fantasy parts of dwarves, dragons, magic, exotic locations, and a sense of awe and wonder. He drew some elements from JRR Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings and Anne McCaffrey’s Dragonriders of Pern series. These became the beginning of Eragon.
The story starts with a 15 year old boy named Eragon, who sees a gemstone with white veins while hunting deer in an area called the spine. It is actually a dragon's egg, and when the egg hatches and a magnificent blue dragon emerges, the boy's life is changed forever. The dragon is a female which he names Saphira. The evil tyrant Galbatorix has killed all but 3 dragons that are in eggs in the world. So it is Eragon’s destiny to save Alagesia from Galbatorix.
Christopher Paolini used much of the year 2000 reworking his first draft. He introduces 3 languages into the book. The elves speak a language based on Old Norse, while the Dwarves and Urgals use languages he made up entirely. He created a glossary at the back of the finished book, to show what the words that were used through the book meant. He also based the land of Alagesia on his home state of Montana. The Beor Mountains are exaggerated forms of the Beartooth Mountains in Montana. He decided to give his second draft to his parents, who helped him edit his draft. They removed much of what they called Bloat from the draft. His parents decided to publish the finished manuscript themselves, instead of doing it the traditional way of finding a good publisher for it.
In 2002 the Paolini’s published the book privately, and took 10,000 copies to show and sell to people. He said that this experience of promoting the book was very stressful. They didn’t manage enough money, and might have had to sell the house, but a famous fan came in and in came the cash. Author Carol Hiaasen was on vacation in Montana. His stepson bought a copy of Eragon, which even excited Hiaasen, who promptly sent it to his editor. Hiaasen’s editor bought it for a 6 figure sum, and rights to the next 2 books in the Trilogy. When Eragon was debuted in August 2003, it was third on the children’s best seller.
Critics gave it mixed reviews, and had mainly focused on the flaws. However, it has been floating in the number 1 and 2 spots on the children’s best seller list, competing with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The privately published copies have sold for more than a grand apiece, and the first widely printed edition is valued at $300. Christopher Paolini has one indulgence he has allowed himself. That is a replica Viking sword, which he carries around the house. He can’t really ask for more than people loving his books.

I hope you liked this. The website I got this information from was www.notablebiographies.com/news/Ow-Sh/Paolini-Christopher.html

Can anybody say, hectic?

i'm serious, today was seriously hectic. We had our normal morning schedule, got schoolwork packed for today, and then have been out of the house all day since 10 something. He went to lunch, and then me and Matt went to dad's work in his car. We did our work there while mom and the other kids went and did a bunch of errands, including costco shopping. So, yeah, today was incredibley hectic.

Wednesday, October 15, 2008

Thank Goodness!

I finally got my work done. Well not quite, but I finally got my Lord of the Rings done for today and Monday. I don't have much left, so I should get to it. Bye.

Why must this happen to me?

I have a sinus headache that really hurts, and I really hate it. I cannot find any sudafed, and it has been messing with my voice, which really stinks. I did however manage a 98 and 108 in bowling today. So the cons and pros are balanced. Oh well, the rest of the day can's possible get any worse.

UNCLE JACK WAS OVER!!!

It's true, my uncle jack was over and he broght his Xbox 360 Pro along with Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4. They were pretty fun, and I thought that they were good, except that I couldn't play on the xbox for Saturday Afternoon and all of Sunday. All in all, the weekend was pretty fun.

Friday, October 10, 2008

Jack is here!

As judged by my title, my uncle Jack is over. He brought his Xbox 360 Pro and CoD 4 and Halo 3. We've played a little, and he is kicking some of his freinds butts in infection. He doesn't generally start the zombie. But I'm glad he came over for the weekend.

Why am I the last person on Earth?

Okay, that was just a joke on a new game I got called "The World Ends With You." It is really weird. You are a boy namedNeku Sakuraba, and you just do your own thing, not caring about other people, wishing they were gone. Then you wake up in the crosswalk with no memory except for your name. And suddenley some frogs appear, and they try to kill you! So you run away, and bump into Shiki Misaki and you fight the frogs, known as noise. You make a pact, and then start on your adventure in the Reapers Game.

Christopher Paolini!!!!!!

Christopher Paolini is in town! I can't believe it! Me and my mom will be heading to a high school in San Bruno, where he will personally sign Brisingr and one of his other books to me! How awesome is that? Incredibly awesome. I can't wait to see him in person.

Tuesday, October 7, 2008

Okay?

This is kind of unexpected. I ordered 2 items that were supposed to come tomorow, and they came today. I was actually kind of surprised at that. Not that it matters, it just means I can read/ play my things a day earlier.

Birthday!

My birthday was so awesome, I got some pretty cool stuff. I got Disagea DS, $75, a $75 Amazon gift card, with which I bought Vol. 21 of Naruto and The World Ends With You, plus Undertown, Nora, and the Ocarina of Time vol. 1. And my last present was Munchkin Chthulu 3, and Munchkin 6. Everything is going to be awesome.

Friday, October 3, 2008

Okay.

Yesterday was awesome! I went to Round table, had a slice of Mint Chocolate Chip filled ice cream cake. It was game night, which was why we were at Round table. I got Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and have completed the first 20 events. I thought that with matt doing some, we did it pretty quickly. Anyways, My birthday was awesome, and my Party is going to be even better.

Thursday, October 2, 2008

YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!

I'm finally 14! and if that wasn't enough, I got Super Smash Bros. Brawl! I'm not very far, but I'll be able to unlock others piece of cake.

Wednesday, October 1, 2008

YAY!!!

Tomorrow is my birthday! Oh, yeah! unfortunately, it seems we got sick. But I am going to Dim Sum King tonight for dinner! That place is amazing. I love their food. Its just gonna be me, Granma and Granpa there. Nobody else, which is gonna be awesome!!!

Tuesday, September 30, 2008

Yeesh.

Great, Matthew is sick. He doesn't seem to be sick, but earlier he had a temperature of 96 degrees F which is uncommon for him. And he was under 4 blankets. We didn't go bowling, But it seems I'm sick as well. Great. No young actors workshop today.

Monday, September 29, 2008

Good.

Yes, I am going to Round Table without my annoying brothers. I am going with my mom, as it is a young actors workshop meeting, and my birthday is this Thursday!!! That last part was unrelatred, but necessary, as it is true. My brothers are instead going to be at our Grandma Kendra's house. I am glad to be rid of them for a while.

weekend

This Weekend is going to be awesome. Tomorrow, I have some work to do, as on sunday, but on Sunday, I will be going with my brothers and Ian to go see Igor in Theaters. I didn't want to watch it for my birthday, as it would make me feel to my friends that I was still a kid, watching a g rated movie for my 14th birthday. That would make me feel kind of bad. I mean, I'm almost fourteen. I'm not expected to go see G rated films for my fourteenth birthday. I want to see a PG-13 film for my birthday. That is more expected. My mom says that she would watch R rated films one minute, the next, disney films. I don't want to do that, as that would make it seem to my friends that I'm still a child, which I don't want to seem like to my friends. But anyways, this weekend is going to be awesome.

Preparing for Adolesence

Preparing for adolesence is a good book for people like me who are entering puberty. It is straight to the point at some times, at others, not. But it does tell what is needed. It does tell not to do drugs, and not to have a baby if you can't take care of it. It also tells you not to fall into the canyon of inferiority. I think it is the right book for people going into adolesence.

Yes!

Thank god, Matthew has finally stopped waiting for his game to come. It is Mario Party DS. It looks pretty fun. We are going to play it with him as host on our DS's in the car on the way to the Jelly Belly Factory. It is going to be a fun game and day.

Young actor's workshop

Young actor's workshop is a totally awesome thing. It costs money but it is so fun. We tottaly work on Improvisation, where we just make it up on the go. I think it is insanely hilarious. I can't wait until next week.

Sweet! literally.

As judged by the title, something sweet is happening this week, and that would be GOING TO THE JELLY BELLY FACTORY!!!!! It is literally and figuratively sweet, as you can get beely flops and jawbreakers, the jawbreakers which you can get for a quarter. However, I currently need a hammer and a plastic bag. I have a larger jawbreaker I want to eat, but mom won't let me take a hammer to it. Actually, I'm not entirely sure. But, anyways, Thursday is gonna rock.

How rude book review.

how rude is a book about what to do in weird social situations and good manners, proper behavior, and not grossing people out. It talks about what to do when you have one of those weird body functions happen. Weird body functions include anything your body does, seemingly to be evil to you including sudden headaches and migranes. Then there is stuff you do to yourself. It is a 14 chapter book, with each chapter on something different. There's one for how to talk on the net, 1 for dealing with yourself, 1 for what your clothes say about you, and more. It also talks about proper dining etiquette, and that you should wait for the other residents at your table before going to the dessert bar at buffets. There are also little letters to the editor all throughout the book, plus sequences from the writers teenage years. It is a very good book for anybody who has no idea what to do in these situations. All in all, a good, fun read.

Music

I finally have my favorite music back! I was able to copy it off my MP3 player, which I had not known I was able to do before now. I also gave matt some of my music, plus I got 6 songs from him. They were One, by metallica, Same old song and dance by Aerosmith, Sunshine of your love by Cream, Through the fire and flames, by Dragonforce, and Guitar battle vs. Lou (Devil goes to georgia) by the Charlie Daniels band. They are all awesome songs, and all from the first 3 Guitar Hero games. I love my music.

Arrrgh!!!

Arrgh, mateys! It's national talk like a pirate day, so go out and call everyone "matey", then go home, drink some rum, finish it off, wait to show someone when Jack sparrow says in Pirate's of the carribean 2: dead man's chest, "Why is the rum gone?" But seriously, today is national talk like a pirate day, so watch the Pirates of the carribean movies all day long.

Awesome!

My young actor's workshop is very fun. It is hosted at a little shack to the right of Camerons pub here. We have 2 attendances. The first is to just make sure that we are there, and the second is just a fun introducion you make up. My teacher then had us pretend to smell, taste, and see different things. When he asked me what was on my shoulder, I improvised, and said there was a spider, killed it, and there was blood. I said it was from the spider, but he said it was from the murder, which must have been with a shotgun, as I was holding a shotgun in my hands, which I then blasted myself with. The person to my right pretended to be OCD. His name is Evan green, but he changed it to Stone, which is the hebrew translation of evan. Then we were to go up and sit next to him and have a conversation. I, evidentaly was taking my drivers test, as we were driving around. I pushed the ejector seat button, which I had thought was the self-destruct button. Then we all worked on a story together, where we would each say 1 word, to make a story. It was a lot of fun. After that, we all did what might hopefully be our role in the project for the pumpkin festival this year. Young actors workshop is amazing. I can't wait until tuesday!

Yay!

I finally have played .hack again! I'm not that far, since my memory card that once had it was returned with our old PS2. So I'm not that far. But I don't have any better weapons. However, I will get farther, and will eventually use my broadswords again. YAY!!!

Enders game

Ender's game is about a 6 year old boy, who ends up committing xenocide at the age of 11 on an alien race called buggers. The book starts with Ender getting his monitor removed from the back of his neck. He is known as a Third, for the Starways Congress and the Hegemon have made a law that each family can only have 2 children, but if a family is to have a third, they have to fill out special paper work to have the child. After school, a boy named Stilson wouldn't let him on the bus, and Ender beat him to a pulp. He ends up murdering Stilson, but does not go to Juvenile hall. After he goes to battle school, he ends up killing another child. But he hadn't meant to. He then goes to where a Bugger colony had been. At that place he plays a simulation, which actually is real life, so he just about exterminates all the buggers. He then goes to the planet where the buggers all lived on a different planet, where a baby hive queen was waiting in it's cocoon for him. He takes the cocoon with him where ever he goes to find a place for it to live.

It is a very good book, and I recommend it for any science fiction readers.

WOO-HOO!!!

Kitties are back. YAY!!!!!!

Lizzie and Leia are back. They are just so cute. Lizzie looks just like Tisha, and Leia looks just like a cross between Padme and boo. They are all so cute. We just got them back a little while ago, after having our friends Eve and Shelby take care of them for 2 years. They are much cuter than when I saw them as babies. I just love them.

As a gentlemen would say

"As a gentleman would say" is a book for young adolescents on their way into adulthood. It describes what to say when something unexpected comes up in life, like if a friend asks about your salary, or other unexpected matters and other things to make you into a model gentleman. It also explains what might happen if you say one of the things that is listed as should not be said for that matter.

All in all, a good book for young teenagers growing into adulthood.

Summer

Sorry I haven't talked a lot, my computer broke, and my new one hasn't worked, and I don't have my laptop anymore. Anyways, I have read a lot of manga, played tennis at college for kids. I've also been doing really well at a game called Ratchet: Deadlocked. I am now a Vindicator, the second-highest rank, but I am playing on Couch potato level. My guns are very highly upgraded. Except for my mini turret launcher and Scorpion flail, which is currently level 4, but I got it that high doing 1 little tournament! I have a bunch of mods, like the freeze, shock, acid, and napalm mod. They are pretty good, though there is a gun I really want that is 2,000,000 bolts! How am I going to get that much money? Piece of cake. I do dread challenges, get cash, and do skill points for more money. Plus, if you have enough skill points, you can unlock cheats. The rest of the summer is going to be awesome. I can just feel it in my bones.

Dark Angel

As you can probably guess, my post is about Dark angel. I'm talking about the game, not the tv show. The game starts off easy. You are a genetically enhanced woman with a barcode on the back of your neck named Max. You are heading home after school, and end up beating up men. This is essentially the way it is the rest of the game. Go places, beat up men, beat up genetically enhanced men, and somtimes shoot them with electricity. I am very far into the game. I absolutely love playing it. Will tell more in later post.

Megaman Starforce: Pegasus

i am awesome at video games. It's a fact. But I'll never be as good at anyother video game then Megaman Starforce: Pegasus. I just rock at it. When me and Matt play together, we are a force to be reckoned with. That is because, even if I am not on air, I have powerful favorites, as does he, and when we are on air, We are a real force to be reckoned with. We have very powerful best combos. That's pretty easy to do when you've ALMOST BEATEN THE GAME!!! Yes, I have almost beaten the game. The controls are simple, and it's a bit hard. You can have a really good BN Blaster, which has a Rapid of 5, and when I connected with Matt, it got to have 2 attack. Tell you more in a later post.

Book review for the yearling

I think the Yearling is an amazing coming of age story. The boy starts of young and carefree, but grows up to be a man. I thought the saddest part of the story was when Fodder-wing, a crippled black boy who loved animals, died. I also was really sad when Jody had to kill Flag. Who's Flag, you ask? Read the book and find out. If you want to see all my books, check out www.shelfari.com.

Star Munchkin

As you may have remembered, I before did a post on Munchkin, but now the munchkins are in Space!

I was a level 1 feline bounty hunter with a laser and a Sonic plasma barf grenade in my backpack, but I blew up a peaceful planet and loaned the GM my tapes, going up to a level 3. I lasered open the space door in front of me, meowing playfully. I was scared until I found out it was only a whiz kid sidekick. I was so curious I opened up the next door and found a school of gadgeteers. I remembered there was a level 2 face hugger in my backpack, so I took it out and had my whiz kid bore it until I decided to laser it in the head, and then clawed it's dead body up, going to level 4. I found a plot device that could let me get any thing like my face hugger back from the dead, or blow up another peaceful planet. I decided not to yet.

My trader friend supported the GM with bogus science, becoming a level 2 with a foof gun.
He teleported the door away, and found doctors who would make him a mutant. he decided to be a mutant with 3 hands. He also took out an alien pet for mutants. He looked a round a little farther and found a friendly monster. My whiz kid entered in the code for the next door. I guess it's good to have a smart twit. There was a faithful robot there. I decided to kill my stupid whiz kid, and have the faithful robot instead. I found another open door, and found that I had suddenly become a girl. How freaky is that! I looked further in to find a brain in a jar.
My friend decided to have his pet claw his door open. he found some radiation to put on monsters. He took out a space cowboy, which he threw the radiation at, but then teleported away. he found 3 treasures, but he didn't let me see. he found out how to walk on 1 foot, making him hold 4 hands worth of items, but could only hold 3 more because he was holding the foof gun, and took out a symbiotic partner he couldn't use.
I had my robot saw down the door, and my laser was suddenly evil and gave me a penalty of 2. I found another door and found an ogre. I fainted on the spot. When I came to, I tried to run. I ended up making it away, but was still a girl. My friend opened the next door, and found a loud hairy alien. he put an orb of prediction into his backpack.
I found another door and lost my nonexistent armor. more people wanted to make me a gadgeteer. I then became a gadgeteer and bounty hunter. My friend found another door and made it so monsters could be computerized. he discarded a solar flare. I found a new door, with an astro-muskrat space pirate, which my "friend" made computerized. I threw a sonic plasma barf grenade at to kill. I found a cellophane space suit and monolith, making me level 6. My friend kicked down the door, and became a squid, so I laughed at him. he found a monster that was friendly.
I scratched the next door open, and found a beautiful assistant. I found a new door with doctors to make me a cat. I asked my fellow munchkin if he would help me against the Space Vampire. he said for 1 treasure. He teleported it away. I gave him the big red button. I took out my maser and combined it with my laser, and undid my top button, making me a level 7.
He kicked down a door and found a school for psychics, but decided to battle a bug-eyed monster that was larger against him because he was a mutant. he used his big red button to kill it. he started to use a low-tech persuader without the foof gun.
I kicked down a new door and found captain quirk, and killed him. I got 2 levels, because I was a female. I became a level 9, and found a raser and buzzglove. My friend kicked down a door and killed a blob with his low-tech persuader. He found a pair of x-ray specs. I kicked down a new door, and found an eep, but it was stronger than it looked, and was actually level 3, but I still killed it. And became level 10. And crushed my friend. And laughed. And won.

Remember, this is a fictional card game, do not try this at home, or your nearest space station. It might be hard, as there are no real cat humans or mutants.

Book review for Ptolemy's gate

I think this is an awesome book. I can't wait to read more books by Jonothan Stroud. He writes some amazing fiction! I think the Bartimeus trilogy is even better than the Inheritence trilogy!

Christmas Day!

Christmas day was awesome. First, Me and my brothers woke up and saw that Santa had come. Then we looted our stockings and showed our parents what we got. We also found little ornaments with candy in them. There were also a whole crud load of Candy canes on the tree. After a while my parents woke up and rooted their stockings, though not with as much enthusiasm as the others and I did.
Then, the presents began. I got the first 3 volumes of FullMetal Alchemist, Volumes 19&20 of Naruto. I also got Mario V.S. Donkey Kong 2. I also got Rave Master Special attack force. I also got Bleach:Shattered Blade, Mario Party 8, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and Super Paper Mario.
After that we went to our Uncle Jacks house for dinner. We had tons of fun, playing Timesplitters 2 and Ratchet:deadlocked. Then we talked and swapped a bunch of stories while eating. After that we headed home. Bye.

What has happened here

Hello there. I'm sorry I haven't posted lately. Everyone here has been sick, and we're all feeling like crap. Right now I have a headache. Also, I haven't always been home because I went to my uncle's house. I think that is everything. Bye.
