Book review for the yearling

I think the Yearling is an amazing coming of age story. The boy starts of young and carefree, but grows up to be a man. I thought the saddest part of the story was when Fodder-wing, a crippled black boy who loved animals, died. I also was really sad when Jody had to kill Flag. Who's Flag, you ask?
