A penguin goes on wikipedia, and sees "Flightless bird" in the description of an emperor penguin. He gets ticked off, and tries to fly. That's the basis of the game, with many things able to be upgraded, including the friction of the ramp, your hang glider, rockets, and fuel, as well as air resistance lowering, and the height of the ramp. I am good enough to only need to travel 6000 feet to win the game. That will be cool.
